Why we invest in the core first, and how leverage beats per-customer forks.
Competitors who fork per customer accumulate maintenance debt. We accumulate leverage: a fix, a component, or a performance gain made once improves every customer simultaneously.
That is why we invest disproportionately in the core — tenancy, auth, design system, i18n — before any single vertical.
Products then become configuration and focused business logic on top of a foundation that has already earned its trust.
